Pediatric Practice Manager

Manages the operations of Pulmonary, Genetics and Endocrinology Pediatric practices. Monitors and implements new health care services and Performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:
Day to day operations management which will include supervision and direction for all practice staff. Responsible for planning, assignment and directing work flow and will serve as a resource for decision making and problem solving as the liaison between the physicians, management and other departments. Will ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Participates in budgetary planning, implementation and monitoring of all financial aspects of the physician office practice. Responsible for patient scheduling and throughput, staff productivity. Demonstrates and ensures excellent customer service skills when interacting with patients, families and visitors. Demonstrates leadership in communication and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education: Bachelors degree required. BSN required.
Experience: 3 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: N/A
Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, team leadership, priority setting, organizational and work competency skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access and Power Point. Ability to use electronic medical records.
